- terminal facilities or passengers or freight
- services related to transport such as car parking, stevedoring, harbour services, navigation services, airport operation or space port operation
- booking, travel, freight forwarding, crating or customs agency services
- storage facilities
- pipeline operation for the transport of oil or gas, on a contract or fee basis.
Some occupations in this industry include: truck drivers, stevedores, train engineers and taxi drivers.
