The Insurance Premiums Order 2011-2012 sets out the premium rates, industry claims cost rates (initial and hindsight), formulas and other parameters used to calculate workers compensation premiums under the NSW WorkerCover Scheme and applies to policies that commence or renew on or after 30 June 2011. The Order was published on 10 June 2011.
